Our team, our everything 🤝
We’re so thrilled to introduce our managers Donna & Catherine. Whether its greeting our incredible locals, or serving up dishes with a smile, Onehunga Cafe would not be the same without them.
One thing thats consistent is our teams dedication to bringing you the best, if you know you know! The OC is considered the peoples cafe for a reason.
Donna's favorites include the chicken waffles, Catherine loves her some pork belly tacos and recommends you try it out too!

Ok lets appreciate the close up of our Southern Fried chicken which is not only dripping with deliciousness, but is one of our most loved morsels at the peoples cafe!
We didn’t stop at the basics here, yes these crispy coated chicken pieces are delectable on their own, but our chefs decided to elevate this dish with Aioli/Kimchi Mayo and our house chilli and pineapple salsa.

One of our classics and best loved dishes EVER, our Fish Tacos never fail to disappoint.
We’ve come up with a few potential reasons why...
As the weather gets colder, the allure of beer battered snapper lightly fried and seasoned to perfection cannot be resisted.
Who doesn’t love tacos tbh, we haven’t met a person yet.
Our house mango salsa is a bit special, we won’t give you the recipe but just know there are a few spells involved into concocting this deliciousness 🥭
And lastly, they are consistently TASTY, like always.

Mac comes to us with years experience and a knack for putting together unique flavours and dishes that surprise and delight. An integral part of our team that we couldn’t be without at the helm, thank you for your hard work and keeping our customers full and happy!

To get to the café and restaurant located at Onehunga Mall in Auckland, you can either take public transport or drive yourself.
For those taking public transport, you can take any bus that goes to the Onehunga Mall Bus Stop. From there, walk towards the mall and you will find the café and restaurant.
If you are driving, take either Queenstown Road or Church Street and turn onto Onehunga Mall Road. Look for a parking area near the mall where you can park your car. The café is just a short walk from there.
