Number One Taste Catering is a locally owned and operated business, proudly serving Auckland with fresh, creative, and crowd-pleasing food. We work with a wide range of clients and events. from private celebrations to corporate functions , and we’re passionate about delivering food and service that leaves a lasting impression.

The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Bookings & Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and returning clients, helping them find the right catering solution for their event. You’ll manage enquiries, build strong client relationships, and drive bookings to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and social media.

Understand client needs and match them with the right catering options.

Follow up with potential clients to secure bookings.

Build and maintain positive relationships with new and repeat customers.

Work with the catering team to ensure smooth event planning and delivery.

Track bookings, sales, and client feedback.

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and people skills.

Confidence in sales and a natural ability to connect with others.

Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service (sales experience a bonus).

Organised, proactive, and able to manage time effectively.

A positive attitude and team player mindset.

Local knowledge of the Hibiscus Coast and wider Auckland is an advantage.

**Travel Directions to Wainui Road, Silverdale**

1. From the Auckland CBD, take State Highway 1 (SH1) northbound.
2. Continue on SH1 and take the exit toward Silverdale.
3. Merge onto Hibiscus Coast Highway (State Highway 17).
4. Follow the signs for Silverdale and turn onto Wainui Road.
5. Look for parking options along Wainui Road or nearby streets.

**Public Transport:**
1. Take a train from Auckland to Silverdale Station on the Northern Line.
