We are seeking a hospitality legend to join the Coffix Coffee Bars team to manage the Coffix Hurstmere store in Auckland. This is a full-time position. Previous coffee bar or café management experience is a bonus, but this role could be perfect for a skilled barista who is looking to take the next step in their career.
With support from the Coffix team, as our Coffee Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
* Leading from the front, deliver a positive brand experience for all our guests
* Training of new staff
* Store operational performance & Food Safety Compliance
* Manage operations issues
* Stock management & stocktake reporting
* Drive sales
Coffix Coffee Bars is a progressive, ethical coffee and people-focused brand with 13 coffee bars in the North Island. We fix our customers' days through awesome coffee and taking exceptional care of each other and our guests.
We’re after someone who:
* Has plenty of positive energy for life

* Has two years experience as a Barista
* Is a self-starter, results-driven, and completely customer-focused
* Outgoing, confident, and motivated

* Initial hours Saturday and Sunday 7.30am-1.30pm with possible additional days in the New Year.
