Taro Swiss Roll 🍠🍰

Hey everyone! I just made this amazing taro Swiss roll and it turned out so delicious! 😍 The combination of the soft and fluffy sponge cake with the creamy taro filling is simply irresistible. 🤤

I used a simple recipe to make this taro Swiss roll, and it's super easy to recreate at home. Here's what you'll need:

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon taro extract/powder (adjust according to your preference)
- Whipped cream or taro paste for filling

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Sift in the flour and baking powder, then gently fold them into the egg mixture.
4. Add the taro extract/powder and mix well until fully incorporated.
5. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking tray and spread it evenly.
6. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the cake is golden and springs back when lightly touched.
7. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely.
8. Once cooled, carefully roll the cake into a log shape using a clean kitchen towel.
9. Unroll the cake and spread a layer of whipped cream or taro paste on top.
10. Gently roll the cake back up, using the kitchen towel to help you create a tight roll.
11. Chill the Swiss roll in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
12. Slice and enjoy your homemade taro Swiss roll!
