It always makes me laugh when people hear restaurateur or chef and they get this rockstar feeling glamourising the industry as something they could give a crack at. Most of the time itā€™s something like having your head in the dunny at 10:30 on a Tuesday night installing the replacement toilet seat thatā€™s been sitting in the back of your car for the last 6 weeks.
