Our new summer menu has officially landed, with plenty of fresh flavours and new dishes to get stuck into.
Our chefs have been busy behind the scenes, and we're pretty excited to finally share what they've been working on!
We've got some delicious new dishes joining the menu, including our Mexico Fried Chicken Burger, fresh Charred Corn and and Turmeric-battered Prawns.
And don't worry, the margaritas aren't going anywhere. 🍹

Summer ‘26 is HERE and it’s our tastiest menu yet!
Today our brand new Summer menu lands in every Mexico restaurant, and trust us, you’re going to want to clear your schedule.
We’ve been cooking up something special. Here’s a sneak peek:
Fried Chicken Burger: golden, crunchy and seriously juicy
Elotes: grilled street corn loaded with all the good stuff
Stuffed Jalapeños: a little heat, a lot of flavour
Taco-Battered Prawn Tacos: crispy, crunchy prawns piled into a warm taco
Memelas: toasty, golden and made for sharing
…and that’s just the start.

As if we needed another excuse to eat tacos...
Global Taco Day is here on a Tuesday (which feels suspiciously convenient...) so we're celebrating the only way we know how: Taco Tuesday At Mexico.
Grab your Fried Chicken or Fried Cauliflower taco, pair it with one of our famous Margaritas (or a Mexican soda) and consider your contribution to this very important global occasion complete.

It's the same Taco Tuesday you know and love, just with an internationally recognised excuse to get involved.

Our famous margaritas come in plenty of flavours, all made fresh and each with their own personality.

What we pour matters just as much as what we put on the plate.
Our Colab b**r is made just north of Auckland at their brewery in Warkworth, and you'll find it at Mexico both on tap and in cans.
Here we have a big focus on choosing drinks that taste great, are made well, and that we're genuinely happy to have on the menu.
Good b**r, made locally. It's a pretty easy decision really.
