What a week it has been welcoming One New Zealand to the neighborhood.
The Baduzzi team went off site for four days of incredible catering, conversations, and connection. Grateful to be part of such a memorable experience.

We’re in Modena and this town exceeded its expectations, so many wonderful surprises ♥️ Highlight of the trip so far was lunch at Chef Massimo Bottura’s casual bistro.
We had an incredible long lunch, a top meal experience for sure. This place was exciting and special and it delivered. One of those memories that make life special 🤌🏽
We had some free time so we walked through the side streets of Modena and made our way to the famous 3 Michelin star just really to touch the door. We arrived to the legendary Maître d’ Giuseppe Palmieri gave us a tour and then out popped the man himself chef , bless him he got out of his car, shook our hands, got a picture and chef federico has been floating on air all day.
What a day, GRAZIE MODENA 🇮🇹🤌🏽♥️

However, I love a great story and I believe it is our duty in hospitality to share the stories of our producers and suppliers. This wine from Tasca has a great story behind it, one that represents dreaming big…
