Auckland Iconic Eats — Mint As Cheeseburger 2025 & now Tony’s Fish Buttie Burger 2026 ☮️
Our Tony’s Fish Buttie was named in honour for my brother Tony… which makes this one pretty special 🐢
We had only decided to partake 10 weeks after the search for the top 100 Iconic Eats had begun... As a laugh & a touch of FOMO.... & with only 2 days to spare until voting ended, we jumped onboard with no time to beg but we made it,
A massive thank you ⚡🫣
Somehow we also made it into the Lonely Planet during our journey ☮️
A special shout-out to my AMAZING Mum Karen Thorp & Janet who went over to Auckland last night to attend the Iconic Eats event & collect our award while we worked... Two pretty iconic ladies right there 🙌

Hey Mintie's we will be open from 12.30pm today due to the weather & having our mini Mintie in the truck due to the school holidays, we will be open for an express lunch service only so hopefully we will see you there 🙌
We don't usually share our reviews with the world but we are a little bit proud to hold 4.9 stars over 7+ years on Google & we thought we would share these two with you that we received over the fantastic Easter weekend we had in our truck 🙌

We have a cleaning position available for the right person to join our busy food truck & friendly crew.
This position is 6 days a week/hours/ start times below ⬇️ Cleaning takes around 1.5 hours daily & cleaning products are supplied.
Mon- Thurs 5.30pm
Friday- 6.45pm
Sat- 4pm
Sunday - closed

Your hourly rate will depend on your experience you can show us during your trial (paid trial)
• We would require proof of residency for the next 3 months for anyone that is traveling.
