Lamb Irish stewβοΈ
Pumpkin soupβοΈ (VEG AND GF)
Lamb Irish stew has been out of stock over the weekend but never fear its been made today and already has nearly half the batch prebooked out already, these soups are labor intensive....
5-6 hours for Lamb Irish stew and bacon vege.... slow cooked meat cooked for 4 hours and then the veggies and the finishing touches. Pumpkin soup.... omg butternut, buttercup, pumpkin skinned and roasted and then boiled down with all the essentials...... seafood chowder wow just plenty of seafood and hearty stock π
We will never go to pre packed,/ready made soups/stocks etc, they are readily availbale through our suppliers and I belive many cafes would use these but not us.....and as we have extended soup season to demand to not just "winter months" we do our soups from March/April to September π«£π€that is like 6 months π no wonder I'm exhausted ππ
Thank you again for choosing us xx
This is Lamb Irish stew in the process a beautiful big leg of lamb boiled down to perfection with the best baby potatoes, carrots, onions, leeks and celery with meaty stock.... meat and 5 veg right here π

OK Limetree family...... I have been babysitting these for the last 5 hours long and slow turning basting with this glorious (red w**e + a million herbs and stock and just a touch of tomatoes) gravey to make sure they dont dry out and the gravey does not evaporate and that has not happened, of cource they do shrink a little when cooked but my goodness these pure south hind shanks are a delectable meal and I think because ive dedicated the hours to keep turning basting they might be the best yet and of cource I will have creamy potato and kumara mash to sit under this beautiful lamb and honey carrots and baby peas π₯° i will do my last touches on this and have everything fresh mashed, out of the oven from 11am tommorow..... so this now will be on the menu for lunch as well as fresh takeaway for your Sunday dinner, limited so book on here on call tommorow morning or pop in!!!! Xx
