We are beyond proud to introduce our Head Barista, Mindy! Originally from Malaysia, Mindy joined our team last year and has been nothing short of a game-changer. From day one, she brought with her an infectious energy, a wealth of coffee knowledge, and a warmth that our entire team, and every customer has felt ever since.

Her coffees are flawless. Her service is genuine. And her smile? It’s the first thing you notice and the last thing you forget.

A few days ago, Mindy competed at the New Zealand Barista Open - not only representing herself as the talented professional she is, but also as the kind, wonderful human being we are so lucky to have.
