An exciting opportunity has been created for Sushi Maker / Cook to join the team at our highly reputable outlets follow regions:
• Whangarei Region
We expect you:
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a kitchen
• Must work 4-6 days per week including Saturday and Sunday
• Starting 6am in the morning or earlier
• Knowledge about Japanese Cuisine
• A high standard of person hygiene and grooming
• Food safety knowledge and awareness
• Health and safety knowledge
Duties will include:
-Opening and / or closing of the shop,
-Maintaining and supervising standards of service quality and food safety
-Prepare, cook and serve both hot and cold meals as and when required
-Ensuring that the site and equipment are well maintained and cleaned daily
-Cleans food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy
-Prepares specified platters for the customer
-Orders to supplier
-Operates various kitchen appliances such as a blender, oven, grill, or stand mixer
