Indulge in the irresistible taste of buttermilk-marinated chicken thigh, perfectly crispy and drizzled with spicy Gochujang sauce. It's accompanied by a refreshing Asian coleslaw, McClure’s sweet and spicy pickles, and topped off with our signature bang bang sauce, fresh cucumber, and radish—all on a soft seeded brioche bun.
