Hey everyone, just a heads up from us at the Mill.
After next week we’ll be closing the cafe/restaurant and heading into the quieter months focusing on gigs, events and functions.
As most of you know, the Mill is going on the market. It’s a pretty big change for us and a bit of a shift, but it feels like the right time.
We’ll be closed from the 13th to the 26th of April while we do a big clean up.
We’ll still be around for gigs and functions, and will do the odd pop up lunch or dinner here and there.
Big aroha to the locals and community who’ve shown up weekend after weekend keeping the place feeling alive.

Had the pleasure of hosting the Yr 11 Tīpene boys the last couple days whilst we were closed, honestly such a crack up week, full of laughs. But also humbling in the best way. Mean as to see a solid group of young tāne carrying themselves with so much respect and mana, real role models coming through!

Ae whānau, you heard it right Spragga from Sola Rosa is back on the decks this coming Saturday 21 March.
Opening things up we’ve got local support from my big bro Tisyn back kicking the d floor off.. Chuuur
Should be a good local night — a boogie on the dance floor, a few ciggies in the garden, yarns round the fire and drinks at local prices.
If you’re coming for a party make sure you’ve got a sober driver sorted!
See you at the mill.
