Our 2026 Pride Coffee has arrived 🌈

We’re proud to be donating 50c from every bag sold to the incredible team at , supporting the vital mahi they do for q***r, gender diverse and takatāpui rangatahi across Aotearoa.

One for those with a sweet tooth, this coffee starts with a mix of milk chocolate and caramel for an indulgent start. An edge of almond and a sprinkle of sultanas on the finish wraps up this chocolate bar in a mug.

Exciting news from our West Coast Cocoa family - they've got a fresh new look! 🍫

West Coast Cocoa has been part of the Ozone whānau for a few years now, and their little team on the West Coast of New Zealand has been blending and hand-packing every batch of hot chocolate and chai with a whole lot of care since day one - and that's not changing anytime soon.

We're a pretty proud bunch when it comes to our flavours, and we reckon we've got something pretty special on our hands.

So when it came time for a packaging refresh, we wanted the outside to feel just as good as what's inside. Same blends, same small batches, same team - just a fresh new look we're pretty stoked about.

Meet Shannon - the friendly face keeping our Taranaki and lower North Island wholesale partners thriving 🤝

For nearly three years, Shannon has been part of the Ozone whānau as an Account Manager, building strong relationships and making sure our coffee is showing up at its best out in the wild.

Outside of work, you’ll find her at home in the garden, tending to her flowers and veges, baking sourdough, or spending time with her husband.

Her go-to brew right now is the Mont Blanc from the Bean Store ☕️ "The orange zest and honey cream bring a refreshing, velvety citrus finish to an already delish iced coffee."

Getting in the Easter spirit already? 🐰☕️ Our Chocolate Hot Cross Bun recipe is here to sweeten your weekend. Soft, fluffy, chocolatey and perfect for sharing (or not!) these buns are your chance to bring a little homemade magic to your Easter table.

Follow our recipe and treat yourself to that fresh-baked feeling at home - because nothing pairs better with your weekend brew than warm, chocolatey goodness straight from the oven 🖤

INGREDIENTS

830g flour
70g West Coast Cocoa Baking Powder
18g salt
105g sugar
60g fresh yeast
3 eggs
550ml milk
140g butter (room temp)
400g dark choc chips

CHOC CROSS PASTE

100g flour
25g West Coast Cocoa Baking Cocoa
140g water

METHOD

1. Put everything together in the mixer using dough hook, except the soft butter

2. Mix until everything is incorporated and smooth

3. Add the soft butter, one by one till mixed together.

4. Add 400g of dark choc chips and mix

5. Rest the dough until doubled

6. Divide the dough 140g each (yields 16x) and roll into balls

7. Put them on a tray and rest overnight in the fridge

8. Make the chocolate paste by whisking cocoa powder, flour and water together in a bowl. Put in a piping bag.

9. Pipe the choc paste on top then bake the buns 180C for 20-25mins .

8. Glaze with golden syrup after baking.
