A short story about the week ahead at Chapel…

Monday.
The week begins peacefully. A few locals at the bar, lunch on the table 🍔, the first cold beers 🍺 poured. Calm before the chaos.

Tuesday – St Paddy’s Day 🍀
Suddenly everyone’s Irish. Someone orders a Whiskey 🥃, someone else insists on an Irish Coffee ☕️, and before long the room is full of very confident singing and suspiciously green outfits 🇮🇪.

Wednesday & Thursday
Back to civilisation. Good food 🍤, good company, and the kind of midweek catch-ups that turn into “how has it been three hours?”

Friday
The weekend kicks off properly. DJ Rowie on the decks 🎧, drinks flowing 🍸🍺 and Ponsonby doing what Ponsonby does.

Saturday
DJ Beatmaster takes over 🎶, the energy lifts again, and the dancefloor 💃🕺 earns its keep.

Then Sunday arrives… and the stories begin.

🌈✨ WELL… THAT was a weekend ✨🌈

Ponsonby showed up.
The Parade delivered.
And Chapel? Absolutely overflowing with colour, chaos and pure joy.

Glitter is still being discovered in places we can’t legally discuss.
Voices are slightly gone.
Hearts are very full.

To everyone who marched, danced, cheered, hugged strangers and made this weekend what it was — thank you. You turned the street into a celebration and we were blessed to be right in the middle of it.

Same love. Same energy.
Just maybe a little less glitter in the bar mats today. 😇🏳️‍🌈
