Our seeded sourdough is made with activated pumpkin, sunflower and chia seeds. “Activated” you ask? What does it mean?
Well, a small extra step that makes a big difference.
Before they’re folded into the dough, the seeds are soaked and activated to help break down phytic acid, making nutrients easier for the body to absorb and improving digestibility. It also helps unlock more flavour and gives the loaf a softer, more balanced texture.
Good bread takes time, and for us, every ingredient deserves the same care and attention as the fermentation itself.

Our cornetto al dulce de leche is probably the perfect reflection of us… a little bit Italian, a little bit Latin. 🤎
You won’t really find dulce de leche inside a traditional Italian cornetto, but for both me and Di, it’s one of those flavours deeply tied to childhood memories. Growing up in Latin culture, dulce de leche was everywhere: spread on bread, inside pastries, eaten by the spoon straight from the jar. Originally, it was also a way of preserving milk by slowly cooking it down with sugar into something rich, caramelised and comforting.
So we thought… why not bring those memories into one of our favourite Italian pastries? The buttery layers of the cornetto with the silky sweetness of dulce de leche just make sense together.
A little meeting of our two worlds, baked into one pastry 🥐

Burger bun, but make it sourdough!
Soft, flavourful, and made with wholemeal flour for the perfect balance between hearty and light. Available plain or topped with sunflower and pumpkin seeds, because a good burger deserves a really good bun!

The Margherita is more than a flavour… it’s a little piece of Italian history. 🇮🇹
Created in Naples in 1889 for Queen Margherita of Savoy, the pizza was made with tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil to represent the colours of the Italian flag. Simple, timeless, and proof that the best things rarely need more than a few beautiful ingredients.
Our take stays true to that spirit: rich tomato sauce (one that Diogo learned while working in a two-star Michelin restaurant in Milan!), fresh mozzarella from , fragrant basil, and well, the sourdough we all love 💚🤍❤️

You already know the bakery stays warm through winter… the ovens are always working, the coffee always pouring.
As the days get colder, we’ve been thinking about comfort in a different way—not just warmth, but softness, texture, a place to pause.
So we’ve added sheepskin to our seats, inviting you to slow down, settle in, and stay a little longer than planned 🤎

Feijoa season is one of those short, special moments in Aotearoa, and Di thought it would be great to create something that feels just as fleeting and comforting.
So we’ve made a gingery feijoa loaf: gently spiced, soft, and fragrant, with that nostalgic feijoa tang running through it. Something a little unexpected, but still deeply familiar.
Available Thu (today!), Fri & Sat — this week and next only. Baked in small batches while the season lasts.

Hot cross buns officially approved!
We’ve been blown away by all your messages, comments, and kind words… thank you so much for taking the time to share the love. It truly means everything to us.
These buns were made with a lot of care (and a lot of testing!). Di was set on staying true to his promise: sourdough, organic flour, no compromises, which meant developing a completely new recipe from scratch.
We’re so happy you loved them as much as we do 🤍
Now… he’s thinking about a winter spiced bun inspired by the hot cross buns 👀 What do you think? Would you be into it? Drop your thoughts below ↓

For us, the perfect burger bun should deliver more than just softness.
Yes! It should feel like a cloud…light, airy, almost brioche-like… but it also should carry depth of flavour, character, and real nutritional value!!!
That’s why ours is made with organic flour, using our wholemeal dough and a long fermentation. The result is a bun that’s soft and fluffy, yet rich in flavour and easier to digest.
Have you tried it yet?
Pair with patties and a yummy and healthy dinner is sorted!

Mostly sunny today ☀️
The perfect excuse for something cold & delicious.
Featuring our Matcha Cloud — matcha cream over coconut water — but that’s just the beginning: we also make Coco Cloud (coffee cream over coconut water), our Morning Negroni (a playful take on one of our favourites cocktails), the Tiramisu Coffee (yes, really), and of course… the affogato. Not quite a drink, but too good not to mention.
