We’re kicking off our summer recruitment and looking for people to join the team at The Matakana Village Pub.
We’re looking for a mix of personalities and skill sets. From confident, bubbly people who love talking to guests, to those who prefer to keep their head down, move fast and get the job done.
What matters most is that you’re reliable, switched-on and able to handle a busy service. You’ll need to be comfortable juggling multiple demands, working under pressure, communicating with your team and, most importantly, keeping the guest experience at the centre of what you do.
Summer at MVP is fast-paced, social and exciting. We get busy, we have fun, and no two shifts are quite the same.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Long Lunch with Marisco Wines!
It was a pleasure sharing an afternoon of great wine, delicious food and even better company. A special thank you to Scott from Marisco Wines and Brett from Lion for joining us and sharing their knowledge and passion throughout the lunch.
And of course, a big shoutout to our incredible chefs for creating such delicious pairings to complement each wine.
Thank you to everyone who came along and made the day so special. We loved having you with us!
