No experience needed ☺️ No pressure to perform. Just come along, join in and have some fun!
Improv isn’t always about being funny. It’s a chance to practise active listening, communication, confidence, creativity and building others up ⚡️ All the while embracing the fun, silly and spontaneous side of life. The laughs always come naturally!

Tomorrow is Shelby’s last day working at Drifter 🩷 She’s off to join the The Extravaganza Fair with her partner Coen and their canine companion Bucky 🫶🏼 Living on the road in a freaking rad house truck! It’s been great to have her back in the fold of Drifter, Shelby has come and been before, always off into the next epic adventure- she’s run her own coffee trailer at one time and that’s her job ahead on the fair- running the coffee caravan that’s the heart of soul of the fair ⚡️ We’re so dang proud of her and hope to visit her while she tours this beautiful country 🌿 Anyway, to sweeten the deal tomorrow we are going to be getting in our usual TwoSpoons order- Brioche and Brownies (might be our last week as Keeley is killing it on baking at the moment) Keeley is also making more cheddar jalapeño scones tomorrow, so if you didn’t get one last Friday….now is your chance! See ya tomorrow for kawhe 🌞

New sign, who this? In a world being dominated by AI posters, logos and generic stuff, it’s good to come back to old school cool, with a paintbrush and pencil sketches 😜 I was sick while I was painting this, but it came out pretty cool I reckon 🤙🏼 The three waves are an ode to my sisters, the coffee cup is for everyone ( cause there will always be a cup for everyone at drifter), added in some little p**i shell patterns as an ode to Ōrewa beach, the sun of course cause what’s better than that? 🌞 And some leaves for growth and cultivation of this community 🫶🏼 Added in some koru patterns for connection and glitter…cause why the heck not ✨This was a tricky one to come up with though, cause our old sign was freaking vibey and I painted that many years ago while we were getting our annual machine service and I wasn’t thinking too much about it 😅 Anyway, happy Saturday night everyone 🫶🏼

Happy Friday from us over at Drifter 😜 The crew had a leaving dinner for Brody at our fave Japanese spot in Ōrewa- Asahi 😍 Hope everyone has a great weekend ahead, we’re hoping this rain goes away and we can get some mean as sun 🌞 Next Friday we are hosting another open mic, as well as a bunch of other local events- on Thursday evening, Ben Gibson is using Drifter to have chats around building consent, so if you’re in the market for selling or buying, come by at 5:30pm 🤙🏼 Anyway, see ya soon for kawhe and good vibes ⚡️
