i’m back from my honeymoon & FIRST THING on my agenda…BRING BACK LEMON MERINGUE COOKIE 🍋🍪 Our perfect tangy lemon filling, fluffy toasted meringue, and a soft baked Moustache cookie cup that keeps everything cute, gooey and oh so delicious. a somewhat controversial cookie - the MO BOUNTY COOKIE PIE IS HERE. 3 WEEK RUN from now until Mother’s Day! 💕 Last year it faced extinction as it used to be not a very popular flavour - it would appear that people either hate the OG bounty chocolate bar OR people really stan it. So I was close to axing it until out of nowhere LAST YEAR, it became a cult favourite within the coconut chocolate lovers community & we sold more bounty than ever before 😂 so we couldn’t get rid of Bounty in 2026 😆 So here she is. Just in time for Mother’s Day. Delicious bounty coconut filling, sandwiched between Moustache chocolate cookies dunked in creamy milk chocolate 🤤 Able to be shipped nationwide across NZ & makes a yummy treat that’s “not too sweet” 😏

i know I should prob keep personal stuff away from business page but a lot of you have grown up with me since I started moustache in my 20’s. I’m now in my 30’s and in between launching Henderson & Albany stores last month, I also got married to my best friend. I am now taking my first proper break in a really long time to go on our honeymoon 🎉 so whilst I won’t be as active on socials with work stuff, my amazing Moustache team back home will be holding down the fort & business will be as usual! 🤩 I hope you’ll continue to support the team while I’m gone - I know they’d really love to see you 😌🍪

We now have full hours, 7 days a week, at all 3 sites:

ANNOUNCEMENT 📣 I’ve made the call to close the Cookie Bus a lil bit early today (Sat 11/04) at Westfield Albany at 7:30pm instead of our usual 9pm due to the cyclone warnings 🌀 As you can tell, the Cookie Bus is the most exposed of our 3 stores 🙈 so I just wanna make sure people get home okay. For Henderson & Manukau we will hold our regular hours for now but plz keep an eye on stories in case we need to pivot last minute as we keep an 👁️ on the situation. Therefore if you’d like cyclone cookies, please get in BEFORE 7:30pm in case we need to close last minny! :) LOVE YA’LL, stay safe out there, plz don’t get blown away 🍪

6 months ago I was literally questioning whether or not I could actually do this. Could we actually finish building this massive 750m2 warehouse complete with brand new cookie shop & production facility?! So cool looking back to see how far you’ve come. Stoked to create something back in my hometown of West Auckland 🩵

LIFE UPDATE….After years of MOUSTACHE being the leading man in my life, I wanted to let ya’ll know that I will be getting married next week 🥹♥️ truthfully, life has been intense lately. I launched Moustache Henderson LAST weekend, I get married NEXT weekend & then the DAY AFTER the wedding I come home & shut down the Cookie Bus at Sylvia Park & then a few days later we re-launch the Bus at Westfield Albany! 😂 A lot of 4am starts & late nights to get it all done BUT I am feeling really grateful & excited for what’s to come. Life can be so hard & challenging yet at the same time so beautiful & meaningful ♥️ THANK YOU to all of you for following along my journey— little Cookie Girl De is growing up 😭

I will try to make as much content as possible especially since I have two new locations launching! BUT as my focus now also turns to scrambling to get my wedding sorted for next week 😂, please do not forget about Moustache if for some reason I get too busy to post 😆 for your convenience, I have collated some key 🍪 points below:

1) did you know we do Tiered Cookie Cakes?! So if you want a cute, unique & rustic cake for any occasion, you know where to find us 😆 (& yes, of course it’s going to be the cake at my wedding!)

WE SURVIVED OPENING WEEKEND!!! THANK YOU to everyone who has visited already & for being some of the first customers of MOUSTACHE WEST AUCKLAND 🩵 stoked that Henderson now has a late night dessert spot!! People asked me why people lined up for just a cookie shop & honestly, I don’t even know why myself. The imposter syndrome in me felt like crying when I came outside and saw 250+ !! people lining up before we even opened…I wanted to shout at every single one of you THANK U IM SO GRATEFUL but I didn’t even know how to express it as deep as I felt it. All I can say is thank you, it means so much to me that people care about a “silly” little cookie shop called Moustache. I hope this place reminds you to be a kid again. This is only the beginning of our story 🩵 thanks for being a part of it.

I’m really passionate about putting real effort into the area that I grew up & having something that’s FUN, FAMILY FRIENDLY & BEAUTIFUL out in the suburbs.
