The hotel is currently undergoing a huge makeover, including a revamp of all the accommodation and grounds. Mike and Susan are working hard to fit a lot in while still operating the business, with the accommodation becoming an integral part of it.
The new development happening next door is set to re-engage the community to revisit this historic hotel and make use of its accommodation and entertainment areas. Kaukapakapa Hotel aims to create a safe and friendly place for families and friends to enjoy indoor-outdoor dining and bar areas.
