DAISY CHANG’S NZ BOWEL CANCER GOLF FUNDRAISER

Wow-wee….What a day!
On Friday last week was our golf fundraiser, raising funds for NZ Bowel Cancer (as you know it’s pretty dear to our hearts).

We would like to give a massive shout out to everyone who played, to our amazing sponsors for being so incredibly generous, and everyone who helped, volunteered, donated etc. Days like these just wouldn’t be possible without all this support.

We also introduced the Greg Holmes Memorial cup 🖤 and this was awarded to Mark Littles team who took out first place!🏆

Our sponsors have been so generous- there is a slide at the end showing them - pls show them some love! 🖤

Last year we raised $14k…Watch our wee announcement to see where we got to this year!

We are so excited for next years!

Asian fusion restaurants are a delightful culinary adventure, offering a vibrant blend of flavors and techniques from various cultures. At Daisy Chang, this concept is taken to new heights, providing an unforgettable dining experience that tantalizes the taste buds while engaging all the senses.

Daisy Chang showcases an impressive array of Southeast Asian street food, expertly crafted by renowned Thai chef Jakrapun Imthongbai, affectionately known as Bong. The menu features mouthwatering options such as bao buns, 5 spice duck hawker rolls, dumplings, and kuy teav (noodle soup), all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Each dish reflects a commitment to flavor and authenticity that will leave diners craving more.

The ambiance at Daisy Chang is equally captivating. Nestled in a charming old antique shop on Howick’s main street, the restaurant exudes character and warmth. The interior design by Fiona Hugues artfully combines antique cabinets with vintage industrial lighting and fabric wall coverings, creating a space that feels both established and inviting. The booth tables crafted from aged Oregon pine add a unique touch to the dining experience.

With its hand-painted floors and eclectic vintage details, Daisy Chang transports guests to a cozy hideaway reminiscent of local favorites found in bustling Hong Kong streets. This enchanting atmosphere complements the exceptional food perfectly, making every visit not just a meal but an immersive experience.

Whether you're enjoying dinner any day of the week or savoring lunch from Thursday to Sunday, Daisy Chang promises to delight your palate and engage your senses in an extraordinary way.
