A year in the making, and what a night it was in the Trivet kitchen.
A big thank you to everyone who joined us for this special collaboration. It was a night full of collaboration and fun in the kitchen, as Executive Chef Lucas and the team from joined Executive Head Chef Wallace for a multi-course menu inspired by their culinary journeys, moving from Kiwi nostalgic classics through to modern seasonal dishes.
We’re already looking forward to the next one.
