A throwback to last year’s Christmas party spread for UP Education at St Heliers Bowling Club! 🎄🥂

We loved putting this 6 meter long spread together — bite sized desserts which could be enjoyed by everyone even those with gf and df needs! Our gf berry lamingtons and chocolate orange tarts were stars of the show!

Fragrant and spiced coconut broth (honestly this makes the whole bowl!) made from our own blend of onion, garlic, galangal, shrimp, turmeric, chilli, ginger etc. etc. and coconut milk.
