A Friendly Public Service Announcement:
We wish to take the time to respond to this properly.
Our carpark (The Flour Mill, Lumino, Royal Horse, GCL and Harcourts) is not monitored by any ticketing company from any business on this block or property owner.
We only have courtesy signage.
However, the roadside parking on the road closest to the businesses is monitored by AT as of this year anyway—It allows two hours parking.
Recent posts have made the same mistake of parking beside MSD (which do have paid parking $5 a day).
Unfortunately for some reason, our block of shops is also listed as 11 tobin street on google and apple maps, This is not correct.
Our address has always been 24 seddon street.
Our team has made every effort for both our customers and fellow shop owners by limiting our deliveries to 1 day a week, and asking our suppliers to come as early as possible in the morning between 5am-9am) and ensuring our team park off-site everyday to ease congestion.
Hope this clears things up for anyone that has come in and asked :)

If you are driving, take State Highway 22 towards Pukekohe East. Turn onto Manukau Road and continue straight until you reach West Street. Turn left onto West Street and continue until you reach Seddon Street. There is street parking available nearby.
