Meet the underdog that didn’t stay underrated for long.
Our Ethiopian Washed Yirgacheffe (Aricha) flew out the door the first time around… and honestly, we weren’t prepared for it. It’s grown high up in Oromia (2000–3000 meters above sea level), where the red clay soil and generations of care from the Guji Hambela Buku Saisa community shape what ends up in your cup.
This one’s all about complexity - cinnamon, cherry, orange, vanilla… the kind of coffee you smell before you even open the bag.
