Some things were simply built for sharing, and our Queso fundido is the table's first casualty every single time 🧀
Melted cheese, charred corn and grilled chorizo, drizzled with Apostle chilli oil and served with crunchy corn chips for the dunking. Order one to share. Regret ordering only one. Repeat next week.

We did warn you. "Leaving room for dessert has never been so difficult" is written on our menu for a reason, and these two are exactly why... Cinnamon-spiced churros with dulce de leche and candied almond crumb, or brownie empanadas filled with chocolate ganache and served with ice cream. 🍫 Pick one if you can. Get both if you're honest with yourself.

Ancho kūmara, broccoli, quinoa, pepitas, whipped feta, beetroot, citrus onions, and a hibiscus & lime dressing tying it all together. The Aztec Salad walked in as a side dish and left as a personality. 💁♀️

Al pastor glaze, chicharrón crunch, pineapple salsa, and a swipe of al pastor crema doing the absolute most. Our Pork Belly Bites have started at least three fights over the last bite on the plate. Totally worth it.

Bright fish, smoky al pastor salsa, sweet-spicy red onion chilli jam, a splash of hibiscus & lime agua, pepita pesto, seasonal fruit, chilli heat, and corn shards for crunch. Our ceviche is doing the absolute most, and we love her for it. 🌺🐟

If you've got a sweet tooth, you absolutely cannot go past these Empanada Brownies. Just picture a brownie, wrapped in sweet pastry, coated with cinnamon sugar, injected with a healthy dose of melted chocolate and served with a scoop of ice cream. Yes, it's decadent. Yes, you *need* this in your life.

And that was the correct order 🔥 Corn masa cups topped with tomato salsa, halloumi, red pepper crema, queso, spring onions. So morish we begged the chef to make it come in twos (you're welcome).

Here we go again..... 😫 From midday today we head into a version of Lockdown 2.0 across the country. The good news is that we’re now used to this kinda thing, and we know that with everyone doing their bit we can get through to the other side (again).
For our Sylvia Park amigos, we’re temporarily closed. Many of our other Auckland stores are still open for your Fried Chicken fix under Level 3 Guidelines, with contactless delivery and click and collect available via our website and Love Mexico app. Check our website for opening hours for your local Mexico. 🌮
Look after each other and we'll hopefully see you again very soon. ❤️ ️Love, Mexico
