A whole feijoa - peeled, poached, deep-fried in a light batter, then rolled in feijoa skin sherbet - sitting on sticky ginger cake covered in earl grey custard. Crispy on the outside, jelly on the inside. On our menu for the next month or so! π₯βοΈπ«
