Rosie is a cozy, neighborhood restaurant situated in Parnell with a great view of the Rose Gardens across the street. The menu is hyper-seasonal, thanks to head chef Mike de Vries' use of an open kitchen with a burning chargrill as its centerpiece. The food is hearty and the service unpretentious, making for an overall relaxed dining experience. Don't forget to try their popular churro funnel cake with chocolate mousse for dessert!
