What people say
Cigana, located on Maskell Street in St Heliers, is a café that has been serving delicious coffee since 1999. They have set out to change the way people drink coffee and have succeeded in doing so. The team at Cigana is not only passionate about coffee but also about their furry friends. They welcome dogs with open arms and even offer Mutt Butter or Puppachino for them to enjoy.
Apart from their love for dogs, Cigana is also people-centric and offers flexible part-time roles for those interested in joining their team. You don't need to be a trained barista as they are looking for individuals to support their front of house role.
Their freshly baked goods are a must-try, especially the Pork & Sweet chilli rolls that just came out of the ovens. Their range of pies including creamy chicken, Steak & Cheese or B & E pies are also good to go.
Cigana has extended their hours due to unprecedented demand and now closes a little later than before. They have a seasonal collection of freshly baked goods that keeps building by the week.
Overall, Cigana is an excellent café with friendly staff, great coffee, and delicious food. It's definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!
