A quick guide to help you get organised in the garden this month āØ
š» depending on your soul type, different amendments should be applied now in preparation for summer.
š±Hardy annuals can be direct sown or seedlings planted outside now however if you live in a cool region, sow your tender annuals inside or in a greenhouse.
šCitrus trees need feeding every month regardless of seasons! Treat them with dynamic lifter, blood and bone or specialty fertiliser. Potash is also very helpful for fruit production.
š§Plant potatoās, dahlias, sweet potatoās, gladioli and lilliums now.
šMulch your garden beds using pea straw or sugar cane mulch to stop the weeds getting a head start.
