NO overnight shifts - Generally 8am to 7pm, with mall late nights and weekends.

Shift Managers:
McDonalds SMX/IDM/DLM or higher qualification, PCAP qualified is desirable or any similar QSC experience.

As a manager you are responsible for delivering outstanding QSC&V, sales, people practices & profit on their shifts. When running a shift unsupervised, the Manager is the leader of the restaurant, ensuring that the shift runs smoothly & safely, engaging the crew to deliver great business outcomes.

***Competitive quarterly bonus available for Shift Managers***

You should be able to:
- Lead the shift & department in line with McDonald’s Policies & Procedures to serve delicious food.
- Use initiative & confidence when interacting with customers & look for ways to say ‘Yes’.
- Lead by example, offer solutions, think outside the box, keep the team & yourself up to date with knowledge on food, promotions & other communications.
- Work at the pace of the customer, be patient & adaptable, look to resolve customer enquiries & provide support to the crew so they can demonstrate the same behaviours.
- Set a high standard & promote having a clean & safe restaurant, to ensure comfort, hygiene & convenience to customers, staff & peers.
- You must have an open availability for this position as this can require weekend, holiday & night shifts.
- Remuneration will be based on experience & will be negotiated with the successful candidate directly.

Availability of 8am – 7pm, with Mall late nights & weekends.
You will need reliable transport to attend your scheduled shifts.

Trainee Mangers:
If successful you would need to be committed to the development programme (between 4-6months) & have a genuine desire to develop & be part of the management team.

Management experience preferred.

Availability & Transport as per Shift Managers.

Crew Trainers:
This is the first step in the management development program.

As a Crew Trainer, you would need to exhibit all of the qualities of a great crew person (below) but you would be responsible for daily training via our online learning system for all crew within the restaurant.

You must be available to work at least three shifts per week, including weekends.

Crew:
Availability:
• 8am – 7pm, with Mall late nights (10pm) & weekends (8am – 7pm)
• Part Time & Full Time availability
• Guaranteed hours available

Maintenance/Small Equipment Manager We have robust Planned Maintenance Systems that outline detailed tasks to keep our equipment in tip-top condition. We require someone with a mechanical mind & skill set to take this system on.

Ideally you would have some experience with small equipment maintenance, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

To be successful, all applicants must be:
- Motivated, honest, trustworthy & reliable
- Have reliable transport options to attend all scheduled shifts
- Have good communication skills
- Have a drive for personal development
- Be a team player
- Outgoing & engaging personality committed to great customer service
