Hence, from tomorrow onwards the Scanian apple cake is back on the menu; utilizing Ballarat apples, warming spices and kavring rye bread -she tastes just like an old school apple cake should.

Here's a seasonal favorite for you that's currently flying out the door.
Our hand rolled pork and beef meatballs pair brilliantly with the nuttier flavour that khorasan wheat gives our pain riche wheat rolls. Add the earthiness of beetroot and you're on to a winner for sure.

New Zealand grown rye ( ) and 5 days of sourdough goodness later.
Our Finnish rye bread is available both for sandwiches, and to take home.

Each bread boasts an impressive 14g of dietary fibre and 8g of protein; ensuring to keep you full for longer and avoid carb related energy crashes.

Try it with a strongly flavoured cheese or in-season smashed avocado (and a bucket full of coffee) to set you up for the day the Scandi way 🇫🇮
