๐ซ๐ฎ Finnish -a 100% wholemeal rye sourdough (14g fiber/bread)
๐ฉ๐ฐ Danish -sourdough rye bread with rye berries, sunflower seed and linseed (10g fiber/2 slices)
๐ธ๐ช Swedish -a slightly sweet rye bread with caraway and aniseed (10g fiber/2 slices)
๐ณ๐ด Norwegian -a wholemeal wheat bread perfect for sandwiches and toast (4.5g fiber/2 slices)
Find them all at our Milford shop, but please bear in mind that the rye bread take 4-7 days to make so we might have sold out. Happy to take pre orders though.

Danish rye bread is now a choice as a base for our sandwiches โญ
Available as a loaf to take home from next week.
A sourdough with 95% hydration and absolutely chock-full of rye kibbles, sunflower seeds and linseed -it's definitely a different type of bread.
The texture makes it perfect as a sandwich base, or to toast for a mindful breakfast treat.

Our favourite apples are finally back in season!
Hence, from tomorrow onwards the Scanian apple cake is back on the menu; utilizing Ballarat apples, warming spices and kavring rye bread -she tastes just like an old school apple cake should.

Here's a seasonal favorite for you that's currently flying out the door.
Our hand rolled pork and beef meatballs pair brilliantly with the nuttier flavour that khorasan wheat gives our pain riche wheat rolls. Add the earthiness of beetroot and you're on to a winner for sure.
