School’s out tomorrow… which means it’s time to get the kids outside and onto the farm at Sheepworld!
Here’s what’s happening at Sheepworld every day these holidays:
🐄 10:30am | Calf bottle feeding

Unfortunately, this week we had to say goodbye to our beloved Huntaway dog, Grizz.
Grizz was a fighter; he beat cancer, and dealt with ongoing arthritis like a champ over the last year. Eventually his old age caught up with him, and due to some spinal nerve damage he was unable to walk anymore.
Grizz has been our main huntaway over the last 12 years, since just a little pup. He was a favourite for many kids and adults in our community. He was a very loud & chatty boy, and had the sweetest, most gentle nature. He would perform in our sheep and dog show with his loud bark and balancing tricks.
We have laid him to rest watching over our show paddock, where a Kōwhai tree will be planted in remembrance.
Rest in peace Grizz, we love you.
