We are thrilled to have our Executive Head Chef, BJ Sebastian named as a Beef + Lamb New Zealand Ambassador! π₯©πͺβ¨
β
βBeef + Lamb New Zealand has announced four chefs who will be their next Ambassadors to act as leaders driving innovation and creativity using New Zealand beef and lamb within the foodservice sector.
β
βBJ says he was quite overwhelmed to be chosen as an Ambassador Chef, especially given he first studied to be an accountant before changing career paths to become a chef.
πͺ βI would describe myself as an ambitious chef so to receive this accolade is an amazing reward for all my hard work,β says BJ. βI am quite experimental with my dishes, especially when it comes to fermentation, and I think this opens some new and interesting flavour pathways when working with New Zealand beef and lamb.βπͺ
β
βCome and try BJ's spectacular dishes now! π

We have had a very special delivery of BLUFF OYSTERS... shucking now!
As it's chardonnay day, we recommend pairing with our beautiful Mudbrick Chardonnay ~ the creaminess of the chardonnay perfectly compliments the sweet creamy nature of the bluffies!
