The Northern Region BMX Champs was held today despite the mud and early morning rain. The track was well prepped and all the riders set themselves up for a challenging and action packed day.

“Walk To D’Feet MND” was help Sunday on the 11th of November at the Mt Roskill Memorial Park.
This fund raising event was formed to help raise money for the ongoing research for Motor Neurone Disease (https://www.mndassociation.org/research/).
What a wonderful and enjoyable family day for a very special cause.

To get to Cascades Road in Pakuranga, you can take the Eastern line train and get off at the Panmure Train Station. From there, take the bus and get off at the Pakuranga Plaza Bus Station. Cascades Road is a short walk from there.
If you're driving, take the Tamaki Drive exit from Southern Motorway and continue straight until you reach Cascades Road. Parking is available on street or in nearby public parking lots.
