70th birthday cake for an Elvis Presley fan. The figurine was handcrafted from fondant. The pictures of Elvis were sugar images. Because the client wanted a truffle finish instead of fondant I was unable the paint on the Elvis silhouettes. I am only mentioning this as cakes with a fondant finish have far more creative possibilities. The cake was chocolate mud with chocolate buttercream.
