Hi Community,
For the last 11 years, you've backed us. Through the busy summers, the quiet winters, the good days, the hard times, and everything in between. So we've made a few additions and alterations which really are just for you.
We've created a new Locals Area at Smiths - a place for the people who call this community home. On Monday 29th June from 5pm, we'd love you to join us for a few beers or vino. Come and meet the team, have a look around, and let us say thank you properly. We'll also have a few goodies to give out as a small token of our appreciation for your support over the years.
No sales pitch. No catch. Just a chance for us to raise a glass with the people who helped make Smiths what it is.

GUYS. GUYS.
My humans brought me to Smiths again.
The puppy platter arrived.
The pats were plentiful.
The smells were excellent.
Several people told me I was a good dog (they were correct).
Safe to say, this is my favourite place in Matakana, and I will be returning every weekend until further notice.
See you on the deck. 🐾

To get to Leigh Road in Matakana, you can take the Northern Explorer train from Auckland which stops at Warkworth station, then take a bus or taxi to Leigh Road.
If you prefer to drive, take State Highway 1 and exit at Warkworth. Follow Matakana Road until you reach Leigh Road. The restaurant is located on your left-hand side.
There is a public car park near the restaurant for those who choose to drive.
