ICONIC EATS 2026!!! We are thrilled that our beloved pimiento mac n cheese has been included in Auckland’s Top 100 Iconic Eats this year! We have been making the mac n cheese since the very beginning of the food truck days. My rough estimate is that we have made about 4,500 gallons of it (just over 17,000 litres)! THANK YOU AUCKLAND for all of your love and support over the years!!! If you have never had one, come on down and try it out!

We are devastated to say that our beloved COACH Conor is moving on. Conor’s leadership and influence has been significant in bringing our hospitality and service standards to match even the highest quality venues and restaurants in Auckland. Today is his last day (he wouldn’t let me post this earlier!) and we want to celebrate all of his contributions that helped make this little hot chicken shack so special!
