Hellooo friends!
It’s been a while…Hope you’re all going great ☀️✨☀️
Some of you may know that I’ve been quietly working away at this incredibly beautiful spot, Cliffside Auckland.
Check out the cool story of how this unique place came to be.
If you or anyone you know is in need of an amazing place for a work conference, wānanga, or a special occasion, do get in touch! You will love it ❤️
PM me or contact Carrie [email protected] and be sure to let her know how you heard about it 😊
A wee story for your weekend enjoyment... a tale of how one family's love for the outdoors, an bold vision and hard work has led to the 'close to nature, with a touch of luxury' experiences that we offer today...
From one lonely couples glam camping tent 10 years ago to four luxury couples tents and an all-inclusive events venue that can host up to 90 , it’s been quite a journey!
Built from the ground up (largely by hand!) by father and daughter duo, Gavin & Serena Shine, Cliffside is proudly owned and operated by Serena and her sister Jasmine Shine.

💛💛💛
After 10 years serving you, our wonderful customers and community, it’s time for us to move onto our next adventure. Please help us find the right people (or group of people) to continue The Goodness Grocer story.
Sadly, the reality is, we need to either sell up or close down when our current lease expires (31st March 2023 - this can be renewed every few years through to 2031 if a buyer is found).
We need you to ACT NOW…. if you are interested in being the next person to own our beautiful store, and give it all the love and attention it deserves. Please contact our broker Amanda ASAP, to discuss further.

If owning a business by yourself - freaks you out a little, we completely understand… and are open to the idea of assisting with a co-op or some sort of group of like minded individuals buying it together in some way.
Please PM us or email [email protected] if you want to have a chat about how that could work.
If you are not in a position to buy the store, you can still help us continue, by shopping with us as much as you can. A boost in revenue will greatly help us achieve a sale and ensure the store is continued for many more years.
We need your support more now, than ever before :-)
Thank you x

Summer greetings to you all! ☀️☀️☀️
It’s been a while...a different year without the cafe, & although grateful for the break from that business life, I have really missed sharing love through nourishing food, & missed the community that gave life to the space.
However, blessed to be able to be more present with our son’s early years. For the past year we’ve been fortunate to connect regularly with a few families who homeschool their children.
The natural progression of our casual meet ups is us now putting effort toward creating a Whare Ako...a space our littles can learn joyfully & discover together what it is to be Tamariki Māori.
It’s humble beginnings and we have so much we hope to provide to enrich our kids experiences & learning. So to kickstart the coming year, we’ll be working on raising some funds.
To start, we’ve curated a beautiful gift basket brimming with delicious goodies to raffle.
I’ll post it separately as I’ve raved on over here 🤣
PS: just quietly, currently cultivating ideas to start sharing some good ol’ goodness kitchen offerings again in the new year...do stay tuned for updates on what manifests with that too 😊
