You'll need:
โ€ข 2 packets Tennis biscuits
โ€ข 2 tins caramel condensed milk
โ€ข 500 ml fresh cream
โ€ข 2 Peppermint Crisp bars, grated

How to make it:
1. Lay whole Tennis biscuits in a dish of about 29 x 19 cm.
2. Spread one tin of caramel over the biscuits.
3. Whip the cream until almost stiff, then fold in most of the Peppermint Crisp.
4. Spread a thin layer of the cream over the caramel and top with another layer of biscuits.
5. Mix the second tin of caramel into the rest of the cream and spread it over the top.
6. Sprinkle with the leftover Peppermint Crisp and chill for 4 to 5 hours.

Take the Northern Express bus towards Albany station and get off at the Albany Westfield Station. From there, take the Oteha Valley Road Southbound bus for seven stops, and get off at the stop nearest to Fred's Fine Foods.

By Car:
Drive along State Highway 1 towards Auckland city, then take exit 414 onto Oteha Valley Road. Continue straight for approximately two kilometers until you reach the area where Fred's Fine Foods is located. There are parking spaces available near the establishment for car owners.
