Stepping up for a cause that matters. 💪🔥
This Saturday, our Auckland precinct comes to life as 1,200 firefighters from across Aotearoa take on the iconic Firefighters Sky Tower Challenge - now in its 22nd year.
As one of New Zealand’s largest annual community fundraising events, the challenge continues to unite communities, workplaces and supporters behind an incredible cause, with this year’s goal set on surpassing last year’s record breaking $2 million raised for .
We caught up with some of our local firefighters to hear about the training, fundraising and personal motivation behind every climb.
A huge thank you to everyone who has donated, fundraised, trained and cheered the firefighters on so far. But the job’s not done yet, the $2 million target is within reach.
