🌸 NEW ARRIVAL 🌸 Meet Limonium Angel Wings, also known as statice. This new range has just arrived in a lovely mix of colours, including three you’ll only find at Kings.
Statice has papery blooms that keep their colour, whether in a vase or dried for later. Choose from vivid shades or softer pastels and whites.
Pop in and see them for yourself. Our Kings-only colours are Limonium Angel Wings Blue, Pink Ice and Deep Yellow.

There’s nothing quite like picking tomatoes straight from your own garden 🍅
September is a great time to get tomato seedlings started. Keep them somewhere warm and sunny while they get established, ready to plant out once the weather warms up.
🌱 A few tips to get them growing well:
☀️ Choose a sunny, sheltered spot
🌱 Give them good soil with plenty of organic matter. Kings Compost and Kings Sheep Pellets are great for getting the soil ready
💧 Water deeply at the base of the plant, rather than over the leaves, to help reduce the risk of fungal disease
☀️ Water in the morning so any moisture on the leaves and stems has time to dry during the day
🌿 Once flowers appear, feed every two weeks with Kings Liquid Tomato Food
🐦 Keep an eye on ripening fruit and use bird netting if needed
🌿 For indeterminate varieties, pinch out side shoots to help direct growth into fruit
If you’re planting out early, choose a warm, sheltered spot and keep an eye on those cooler spring nights.

- Take a bus that services the North Shore area. Routes such as 81, 82, or 83 frequently stop near Porana Road.
- Check the Auckland Transport website or app for the most current schedules and stops.
- Disembark at the nearest bus stop on Porana Road.
2. **Train:**
- If you are coming from central Auckland, take a train to Britomart Station.
- From Britomart, transfer to a bus heading towards Northcote or Glenfield that stops on Porana Road.

1. **From Central Auckland:**
- Head north on State Highway 1 (SH1).
- Take the exit toward Northcote and merge onto Lake Road.
- Continue straight until you reach Porana Road; turn left onto Porana Road.
