So proud of our head chef who is currently in Papua New Guinea meeting cocoa farmers and growers and making chocolate mousse for them to enjoy (some for the first time in their life!)
She posted

When I first started baking in 2018, I never imagined that 8 years later I would be netting cocoa farmers from Papua New Guinea, 14,000km from France.
Today I had the honor of giving a demonstration at the âGreater Sepik Cacao of Excellence Trade & Expo 2026â in front of hundreds of people from all over the country who didnât know how to use their products.
First the first time in their lives some were able to taste chocolate mousse. First the first time in my life, I was able to make a recipe using fresh cocoa juice and also learned how to make fresh coconut cream on my own.
Most of them donât know what happens to their cocoa beans. Most os us donât know where chocolate truly comes from.
So for these wonderful exchanges, for which I am extremely grateful, thank youâ
What an incredible experience for you Vic, we are beyond proud of you and all the hard work you are doing to educate. It really is so important to understand where our products come from and the people who are behind it.

To get to Daldy Street using public transport, you can take bus routes 020, 030, or 035 and alight at the Victoria Park Market stop. From there, walk towards the intersection of Union Street and Daldy Street.
If you're driving to Daldy Street, take Fanshawe Street and turn right onto Halsey Street. Take another right onto Gaunt Street and then a left onto Daldy Street. There are paid parking options available along the street as well as in nearby parking lots.
