EASTER WEEKEND!
The restaurant will be be closed for Lunch through the long weekend. Open for the purpose of dinner on Easter Friday and Sunday evenings, and open as normal on Saturday and Monday evenings from 6pm.

Our dedicated gardeners, with some guidance and help from our chefs, ensures we plant and harvest the freshest produce ready to be served here at the restaurant.
Seasonality is key. We work together to plan which produce will grow best through the current season as well as what we can use for our guests to appreciate and enjoy when they come in to experience Ahi.

Here at Ahi, we have taken steps towards closing the loop with our food supply and production.
Organic and biodegradeable waste from food production goes back to the to be turned in to compost that will enrich the soil where we grow our organic produce.
