Following the announcement yesterday, Auckland will be going into alert level 3 as of midday today (12/08/20).
Under Level 3, Ella's Kitchen will be open and will follow strict level 3 rules marked out for takeaway shops.

To get to Dundale Avenue in Auckland, there are a few options for public transport. You can take the bus, train or ferry to Auckland CBD and then transfer to a local bus that runs along Dundale Avenue. Alternatively, if you are driving or taking a taxi, head towards Auckland City Centre and then onto State Highway 1 heading north. Take exit 425 towards Northcote Road and continue on this road until you reach Dundale Avenue. There is street parking available near the restaurant or if there's no space, there's also a nearby parking lot where you can park your car.
