Leaf and Nectar is a fantastic healthy cafe located on Great South Road in Auckland. They offer a full menu, as well as a cabinet stocked full of delicious treats. Their social media posts showcase their mouth-watering dishes, such as the Buddha bowl with lemon and herb quinoa, roasted tomatoes, avocado, grilled halloumi, toasted chickpeas and tahini dressing. They also have new poke bowl flavours with brown rice, crispy kale, carrot, avocado, baby radish, cucumber and soy dressing with your choice of protein (tofu/chicken/salmon). Their kiwi burger is back on the menu which includes beef patty, streaky bacon, fried egg, cheese and tomato in a brioche bun with fries. They have also recently launched their autumn menu which includes Eggs Benedict with either bacon, Mushroom or salmon; Butter chicken; Tropical smoothie bowl; Double beef burger. Leaf and Nectar has been closed during level 3 due to minimal trade but they are now back open and offering a FREE coffee with every breakfast order. Overall, Leaf and Nectar is an excellent cafe that offers delicious healthy food options that will leave you feeling satisfied and energized.
