Saturday Dinner 🍽️
When you just don’t feel like cooking on a Saturday night! 😆
Apart from some sweet and sour pork ribs made in my Thermomix and a quick stir-fry of celery (one of the healthiest vegetables around!), everything else was kept as simple as possible — raw wherever we could! 🥬🐟
Codi even specially made me some Chinese-style salt and pepper fried snapper fins from our shop, with that delicious Jiangnan-style flavour. Best of all, I didn’t have to cook them myself! ❤️
The fourth photo features our smoked Granddaddy Hapuka. I’m not usually a fan of smoked fish, but this one is surprisingly tender, delicate and full of flavour. I absolutely love it! 😍
