Koukoulee has grown and evolved over time, but the heart of what we do has always stayed the same: creating a space where people can take time for themselves, feel cared for and reconnect with their wellbeing.

After four years in our space, this feels like a real milestone for us.
For the first time, we now have exclusive use of our entire space.
A room that was once shared has become something entirely our own — a private retreat created for infrared warmth, compression therapy, stillness and time to yourself.
We’ve called it The Cocoon.
And because this feels like something worth celebrating, we wanted our community to be the first to experience it properly.

Tomorrow morning, we come together for one of our favourite annual rituals: 108 Sun Salutations.
There is something quietly powerful about moving together—the steady rhythm, the shared energy in the room and the opportunity to welcome the new season with intention.
You don’t need to be strong, experienced or able to complete all 108. Follow your own variations, move at your own pace and rest whenever you need to. There is no pressure and nothing to prove—simply take part in whatever way feels right for your body.
