we are seeking passionate and talented Sous Chefs and Chef de Parties to join our dynamic culinary team.
Key responsibilities
• Assist the Head Chef in the overall management and coordination of the kitchen team
• Oversee the daily preparation and production of high-quality, innovative dishes
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Train, mentor, and motivate junior kitchen staff
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu items
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to enhance the guest experience
What we're looking for
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a reputable restaurant or hotel kitchen
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating innovative, high-quality dishes
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Qualification in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience

To reach the restaurant on Hibiscus Coast Highway in Auckland, you can take the Northern Express bus route and get off at the Orewa Bus Station. From there, head south on Centreway Road for about 300 meters and turn right onto Florence Ave. Follow Florence Ave until it ends at Hibiscus Coast Highway and turn left. The restaurant will be on your right.
Alternatively, if you are driving to the restaurant, take State Highway 1 and exit at Grand Drive. Turn right onto Grand Drive and continue straight until it becomes Florence Ave. Follow Florence Ave until it ends at Hibiscus Coast Highway and turn left. The restaurant will be on your right.
Parking is available along the street or in nearby parking lots. Please be aware of any parking restrictions or time limits in the area.
