HAPPY SPRING & HAPPY FATHER’S DAY!
Are you in for a leisurely lunch or an early dinner? Bring your dad or the dad to your favourite dog! 🐾
This Father’s Day, gather the family and doggo, settle in, and let us take care of the rest.
Choose from our à la carte menu or one of our fantastic set menus, featuring some of our most-loved dishes
from the main menu.
Our set menus are warming, delicious and made for sharing, so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the occasion without having to think about what’s coming next.
And did we mention… we do the dishes too?
Make a day of it, raise a glass to Dad, and let us do the cooking.

We heard you 💚
There were far too many requests to bring back our Matcha Tiramisu, Limoncello & Pistachio Biscotti 🍋
So, we’ve done just that.
Making a cameo back on the menu tonight and all weekend but only on the specials board.

When fresh is best — and the only way to go. 🐟
At INCA, all our fish arrives fresh, whole and on the bone. Our sushi chefs then break down each fish in-house, with the cuts making their way onto our Grande Platters and throughout our ceviche selection.
Today’s catch is wild-caught Yellowtail Kingfish, destined for our Classico Ceviche with leche de tigre, one of our top selling ceviches. 🍋🌶️
The sun is out, spring is nearly here, and we’re heading into the perfect season for sashimi, ceviche and long lunches in the sunshine. ☀️
Fresh fish. Fresh flavours. This is INCA.

There’s something about hearing it straight from the source
talking through one of our favourites… the ceviche. Fresh, vibrant, and balanced in all the right ways, it’s one of those dishes that keeps people coming back
It might look simple, but every element is considered. The flavours, the texture, the way it all comes together on the plate
Next time you’re in, this is your sign to start here

Still thinking about our 4th birthday… what a night that was 🎷
The energy, the music, the way the whole place came alive and absolutely delivered. From the first track to the last, they had the whole room moving
Moments like that are what it’s all about. Good people, great food, and music that brings it all together
If you were there, you already know
And if you missed it… we might just have to do it again
