Easter long weekend is here, and we’re all for slowing things down this time around 🐰
With everything feeling a little busier (and pricier), there’s something really special about staying local, gathering your favourite people, and making the most of what’s right here in Auckland
And if there’s one thing worth lingering over… it’s churros. Warm, golden, dusted in sugar, and made to share (or not)
Join us this weekend, settle in, and make a moment of it
Have you locked in your table yet?

At the heart of INCA is Nic and if you know, you know
His love for cooking started early, fuelled by curiosity, travel and a deep respect for bold flavour. From training in some of the world’s most demanding kitchens to bringing that global experience home to Auckland, he’s always believed food should tell a story
That passion flows straight through our team
Our chefs are incredibly experienced, each bringing their own skill, discipline and creativity to the pass every single day. From the precision behind our sauces to the way each plate is finished, nothing is accidental. It’s years of training, long services, burnt fingers, refined techniques all to bring these dishes to life
At INCA, it’s not just about what’s on the plate
It’s about the hands, the history and the heart behind it
